I sometimes look for a certain kind of book. I don’t know if you know this, too, but I’m sitting in front of my PC and log in. Then I open Google Chrome or Mozilla and type in something like “book about shapeshifting turtles with cannibal princes who also magically whipes away memories of kamikaze warrior from 12th century”
When I started this blog I tried to make it as helpful as possible, creating several categories and using tags whenever they might proof useful. Now, after a while I found the taxonomy function (read my post about it here) and I’m right now starting to change them into more than just the four taxonomy-classes I already created.
Here is what I plan to do. As soon as I’ve finished every point I’ve listed will lead to a page where all the elements are posted.
Another possibility is to use the sidebar custom search widget:
Once you’ve picked the terms you’re interested in (in this case I’ve chosen Kick-Ass Heroine, Shapeshifters or Werewolves and Abuse or Rape) click search. Here are my search results:
I’m not sure if anyone has read the novel, but it indeed matches. In Frostbitten Elena, the Kick-Ass-Heroine and a werewolf, deals with her childhood in foster care, where she’s been abused. She also has to face this in the present, but I don’t want to spoil anyone.. ;) Anyways, it worked. :)
I’ll soon list all the taxonomies here. :>
